"I’ve been through several insurance companies. I won’t name them here, I’ll just say they’re the big names. Today I’ve done business with State Farm, and concerning customer service the difference between them is night and day. Mr. already treated me as though I was a friend that he cared for walking through the options and the cost. It never felt like he was trying to sell me something.
